Recyclist Care Plan

Registered individual resource recyclers in Taoyuan City（priority is given to low-income, middle-low-income households and those who receive proof of middle-low-income elderly living allowance）

The subsidy targets hand over their recyclable waste to the the squadron in each district of this city and will be given cash or remittance based on their resource recycling volume. In addition, the city may recycle and collect recyclable waste and handle related subsidies by itself (including outsourcing) or entrust the matters to a registered social welfare group registered by the government according to the implementation needs.

The squadron or village warden in each district will assist in providing the application form to applicants who are willing to participate in the subsidy program. After filling in the application information, the squadron staff in each district will conduct qualification and related document review.

Priority is given to low-income, middle-low-income households and those who receive proof of middle-low-income elderly living allowance. The remaining applicants will be granted subsidies in the order of submission.

2. Photocopy of both sides of Taole Card/Citizen Card
3. Photocopy of both sides of ID card
4. Photocopy of passbook of Taiwan Bank
5. Consent form for providing personal information
6. If you are a low-income, middle-low-income household or receive proof of middle-low-income elderly living allowance, you must provide relevant proof (not proof of poverty)

1. If it is determined by the squadron in each district, village warden or relevant unit that there are violations such as fabricating proof documents, forging sales data or handing in resource recycling materials from the squadron in each district, Fuxing District Office cleaning team, recycling page or processing industry, etc., after verification, this Environmental Maintence and Inspection Division may stop subsidies and transfer the case to legal proceedings.
2. The placement of recycled materials must not affect environmental sanitation or road traffic safety. If the situation does not improve after persuasion, this Environmental Maintence and Inspection Division may suspend or cancel subsidies depending on the circumstances.
3. Those who are determined by the Environmental Protection Administration of the Executive Yuan or this Environmental Maintence and Inspection Division to be inconsistent with the application regulations of this case shall not be subsidized.
